RehabMaster AI — Privacy Policy

Overview

RehabMaster AI ("the App") is a property renovation dashboard that helps real estate investors estimate rehab costs using AI-powered photo analysis. We are committed to protecting your privacy and collecting only the minimum data necessary for the App to function.

Data We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information
• We do not use analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs
• We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or location data
• We do not create user accounts or profiles
• We do not sell, share, or monetize any user data

Data Stored on Your Device

All project data — including property addresses, renovation scopes, financing details, and exit strategy calculations — is stored locally on your device using browser localStorage. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly export a report via the share sheet.

Photos

When you upload photos for AI analysis, the images are sent directly from your device to the selected AI provider (Anthropic/Claude, Google/Gemini, or OpenAI/GPT-4o) for processing. Photos are not stored on any server we operate. They are processed by the AI provider according to their respective privacy policies and are not retained after the analysis is complete.

Third-Party AI Services

The App uses third-party AI services to analyze property photos. When you initiate a photo analysis, image data is transmitted to one of the following providers based on your selection:

• Anthropic (Claude) — anthropic.com/privacy
• Google (Gemini) — policies.google.com/privacy
• OpenAI (GPT-4o) — openai.com/privacy

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these providers. Per their API terms, data sent via API is not used for model training.

API Keys

If you choose to enter your own API keys, they are stored locally on your device in browser localStorage and are never transmitted to any server we operate. Keys are used solely for direct API calls from your device to the respective AI provider.

Network Requests

The App makes network requests only to:

• AI provider APIs (for photo analysis, when you initiate it)
• Google Fonts and Font Awesome CDNs (for UI rendering)

No other network requests are made. No data is sent to our servers.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect any information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the "Effective Date" above.
